The data acquired by the researchers ae made by the performing cost, duration, and manpower estimations based on the house design and plans that the researchers themselves have designed with the help of their adviser. The design prefabricated house which can be built within a week and 10-15 workers has been recommended by the researchers as a response to any situation that needs a temporary shelter for the affected victims of calamities. Based on the bill of the materials the total cost of construction for one unit ranges from P 94,000 to P 100,000 with an area of 36 square meter or P 2,611.00 per square meters.
