He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from UNED, Spain in 1998 and 1992, respectively. Neomar Giacomini is a Senior Manager for Electronics Hardware development at Whirlpool Corporation. He is an accomplished inventor, developer, and technology aficionado who has worked in Electronics for more than 20 years developing hardware, firmware, and sensors.
