He Has authored several academic papers published in national and international journals. He has also attended many national and international seminars. his teaching and research interests include E-Government, Public Policy, Political Theory and Public Budgeting. Although primary serving in a teaching capacity at the university level since 2010, Shukla also has experience contributing at academic works.
