520			_aThe online system so-called "Online Examination" is a type of examination made adapting to the technology we have today. It helps to lessen the burden on the part of the Instructors and the students. With this system, it minimizes the workload of the teachers from checking to the grading of the exam. It also diminishes the inconvenience of the students using the paper- and -pen examination that will cause the delay in time and efforts of the instructors and administrator as well as the students. This system automatically evaluates the exam so the examinees would be able to see their scores almost immediately after completion of the test. Online Examination System has features installed in the system that makes it user friendly. It ensures the identity of the person taking exams. It also has the ability to routinely save and restore exams on a regular basis. Starting the program will automatically restore a saved exam, which includes those not submitted. This system assumes that the computer novices will use the program that is why routine authentication is included. The program does not require a constant Internet connection. The Internet will be use only for downloading modules and uploading the completed test. In order to be easily use by computer novices, the examinees interface will implement it as a stand-alone downloadable program. The same program may be use to give more exams. A typical examination from the same program would approximately take five- (5) minute to download the questions to his/her terminal after which the connection be terminated until the examination is finished. Online Examination has four users namely the administrator, Instructor, students and new member. Both the administrator and Instructor play an important role in this program. The administrator will be the one new instructor accounts, to delete the instructor information and to view the instructor's database. The instructors can do exam, load exam, add schedule, add and delete student account, abort schedule, activate automatic student login and can monitor students academic status or grades. The students can take the exam and automatically know the score. The new member will first fill up the registration form and to add it to the database. In a laboratory, there will be one instructor to activate and supervise the exam before a student is allowed to take the test. The instructor will make their questionnaires on the notepad or Microsoft word and then copy and paste to the designated panel text area either using the multiple choices or fill in the blank items. The instructor will enter the number of items and the hour's duration for such test administered.
