Some individuals lose hope to improve themselves due to their disabilities. And some were need attention to care of. They seem to be to be dependent. Nowadays technology has been part of living among individuals. And the capability to interact computer interfaces is one way to upgrade you. By allowing disable individuals to use system will reduce unemployed individuals and will able for his people to be productive. This will allow to detect human eye?s and be used to interact interfaces. There are two approach used in implementing this system. The first approach is haar cascade to detect both left and right eye. A sequence of given data to be able to locate the eyes. The second approach is template matching in which a given template that has lower pixel size than the source image. This approach will allow to detect portion of the source image that has high percentage of similarity to the template image. This is also useful to detect blink of an eye. And by coordinate value it will able to move mouse cursor to any direction the user want. To improve this type of system the user must have average lightning condition in his working environment. To improve detection, the user may have a clearer detection of both eye?s. For proper movement of the cursor depend on the user?s choice of method to use and the proper movement of the eye in interacting interfaces.
