About the Author : English author, philosopher, Christian apologist, and literary and art critic. Renowned for his wit and use of paradox, he authored around 80 books, including “The Man Who Was Thursday” and the “Father Brown” detective stories. Chesterton’s works, such as “Orthodoxy” and “The Everlasting Man,” have influenced writers like C.S. Lewis. He was a member of the Detection Club and was honored as a Knight Commander with Star of the Papal Order of St. Gregory the Great
