About the Author<br/>Kai Yang, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Wayne State University. He is a Fellow of both the American Society of Quality and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, and he was awarded the Cecil C. Craig Lifetime Achievement Award by the Automotive Division of American Society of Quality in 2016. Dr. Yang has consulted on quality control projects for General Motors, Ford, and Siemens. |
