This study utilizes the Henderson Model of Care as the basis in the care of client suffering from Acute Renal Parenchymal Disease, the findings of which was basis of identifying patients health needs and applying health.<br/> Specifically, answers the following inquiries were sought:<br/>1) What basic needs of the Acute Renal Failure patient were identified in terms of:<br/>a. Physiologic,<br/>b. Psychological,<br/>c. Socio-Economic<br/>d. Spiritual?<br/>2) What nursing interventions are rendered based on the identified needs?<br/>3) What homecare management can be proposed based on the findings? |
