Summary, etc Morse code decoding has been a very challenging ask for users of the code system and most especially to those who are beginners or unfamiliar to the scheme. A wrong interpretation could lead to an unfavorable event and eventually to unfortunate happenings. This paper presents a low-cost and convenient Morse Code Decoder System that uses a real-time captured video frames as input and outputs a correct English interpretation of a Morse code message sent. The medium of communication used in the sending of the code should be in the form of wigwag flags. This project utilizes object tracking to trace the motion of the flag and analyzes the captured sequence of single frames with HSL color filtering ans uses the blob counting motion detection method to properly decipher the sent message.
