Summary, etc Human Image to Anime Converter is a system that will generate bitmap human image to anime image conversion. This system uses color quantize which contains different algorithms. The human image will scan first in order to make JP EG file or JPEG image-ready is an advantage. This image will import to the system and it will be viewed as realistic human image on the screen and reduce the number of colors in a given image to a certain limited number, while keeping a visual essence of that image intact. The color counts in a source image are usually much higher than that of those allowed, so the algorithm has to discard the colors carefully. Regarding the color to be applied, there will be another algorithm to have plane and solid colors that fits to the human skin as what the anime color concept contains.
